本文研究了C_8H_(18)在含稀土的REN镍催化剂上水蒸汽转化过程中的恒速积炭动力学,并与不含稀土的RKN镍催化剂作了对比。REN催化剂显示出有较强的抗积炭能力。得到了t=460~550℃,P=101KPa、Pc_8=1~5KPa及PH_2O=6~26.4KPa条件下的恒速积炭速率方程式。我们认为,在水蒸汽转化反应中,REN催化剂具有较强的抗积炭能力主要是由于稀土氧化物中的晶格氧具有较大的迁移性,故在水蒸汽存在下强化了镍表面上的氧化能力。
In this paper, the kinetics of constant-rate coke deposition during the steam reforming of C_8H_ (18) on rare earth-containing REN nickel catalysts was investigated and compared with RKN nickel catalysts without rare earths. REN catalyst shows strong resistance to carbon deposition. The constant rate coke rate equation for t = 460-550 ℃, P = 101KPa, Pc_8 = 1 ~ 5KPa and PH_2O = 6 ~ 26.4KPa was obtained. In our opinion, the REN catalyst has a strong resistance to carbon deposition in the steam reforming reaction mainly due to the large mobility of the lattice oxygen in the rare earth oxide. Therefore, the REN catalyst strengthens the Oxidation ability.
