随着社会生产力水平的不断提高,社会对生产一线劳动者的素质要求越来越高,职业学校素质教育的地位也越显重要。十八届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》,明确提出职业教育的培养目标是:“培养高素质劳动者和技能型人才”。强化素质教育成为职业学校提高办学质量、实现人才培养目标的重要手段。研究素质教育的内容、探索素质教育的路径,也就成为职业教育工作者的重要课题。
With the continuous improvement of the level of social productive forces, the quality of the workers in the production line is getting higher and higher. The status of quality education in vocational schools is also more and more important. The “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Important Issues concerning the Overall Deepening of the Reform” passed by the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee explicitly states that the training objective of vocational education is: “Cultivate high-quality laborers and skilled personnel.” Strengthening quality education has become an important means of vocational schools to improve the quality of education and achieve the goal of personnel training. Studying the content of quality education and exploring the path of quality education will also become an important issue for vocational education workers.
