研究病史资料完整的26例淋巴瘤患者P-糖蛋白表达与临床化疗效果的关系。用免疫组织化学ABC法检测84例淋巴瘤初诊患者活检标本中的P-糖蛋白表达水平。结果:84例淋巴瘤组织中有10例P-糖蛋白表达阳性,阳性率为11.9%;P-糖蛋白阳性着色部位主要在细胞浆和细胞膜外侧;阳性细胞多呈片状分布,在阳性和阴性标本中,可见散在分布的阳性细胞。19例霍奇金病(HD)中6例呈阳性,65例非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)中P-糖蛋白阳性有4例。26例病史资料完整的患者中4例P-糖蛋白阳性的HD患者化疗效果较差,3例PR,1例PD;4例P-糖蛋白阴性的HD患者疗效较好,2例CR,1例PR,1例NC.18例P-糖蛋白阴性的NHL患者中,疗效为8例CR,5例PR,2例NC,3例PD,有效率高达72%。结论:P-糖蛋白表达阴性的淋巴瘤患者化疗效果较好。
To study the relationship between the expression of P-glycoprotein and the effect of chemotherapy in 26 patients with lymphoma. Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to detect the expression of P-glycoprotein in biopsy specimens of 84 newly diagnosed lymphoma patients. RESULTS: The expression of P-glycoprotein was positive in 10 out of 84 lymphoma tissues, with a positive rate of 11.9%. The positive staining sites of P-glycoprotein were mainly in the cytoplasm and the outer side of the cell membrane; the positive cells were mostly distributed in a sheet form. Positive and negative specimens showed scattered positive cells. Six of 19 cases of Hodgkin’s disease (HD) were positive, and 4 of 65 cases of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) were positive for P-glycoprotein. Among the 26 patients with complete medical history data, 4 patients with P-glycoprotein-positive HD had poorer chemotherapeutic effect, 3 had PR and 1 had PD, 4 had better results with P-glycoprotein-negative HD, and 2 had CR. 1 Case PR, 1 case of NC. In 18 NHL patients with P-glycoprotein negative, the efficacy was 8 CR, 5 PR, 2 NC, and 3 PD, with an effective rate of 72%. Conclusion: The chemotherapy effect of lymphoma with negative P-glycoprotein expression is good.
