目前国内地下连续墙的接头方式,大都采取成孔后安设接头管,混凝土浇灌初凝后,用大吨位千斤顶或吊车抽拔接头管的工艺。此法虽然可行,但抽拔相当困难和费时,因抽拔不及时或卡住,造成抽拔不出的事故,国内时有发生,而对较宽较深的地下连续墙,由于管径粗,摩阻力大,用一般设备无能为力,常成为地下连续墙推广应用的关键技术问题之一。我公司郑州工程指挥部,在郑州铝厂水源护岸工程地下连续墙施工中(该墙长130.3m,宽800mm,深29m) 采用了我公司自行设计制造的DZ-
At present, most of the domestic underground continuous wall joints adopt jointing pipes after they have been formed into holes, and the process of pulling out the joint pipes by using big tonnage jacks or cranes after the concrete is poured and initial setting is completed. Although this method is feasible, it is difficult and time-consuming to pull out. It is an accident that cannot be extracted or stuck because of lack of timely or stuck drawing. It occurs from time to time in China, and it is common in large and deep underground continuous walls because of the large diameter. With high friction resistance and inability to use general equipment, it has often become one of the key technical issues for the promotion and application of underground diaphragm walls. Our company’s Zhengzhou Engineering Command Department adopted the DZ-designed and manufactured by our company in the construction of the underground continuous wall of the Zhengzhou Aluminum Plant Water Source Bank Protection Project (the wall is 130.3m long, 800mm wide, and 29m deep).
