目的:报告29例脑海绵状血管瘤的显微外科手术治疗。脑海绵状血管瘤系一种先天性脑血管病,外侧裂区多见,通常伴有自发性出血。脑血管造影显示为血管很小的肿块,CT扫描提示为高密度阴影。选择合理的手术入路,采用显微外科技术,注意保护供血动脉和脑组织,仔细分离切除是手术取得成功的关键。
Objective: To report the microsurgical treatment of 29 cases of cavernous hemangiomas. Cavernous hemangioma is a congenital cerebrovascular disease, lateral fissure more common, usually accompanied by spontaneous bleeding. Cerebral angiography showed a very small blood vessel mass, with a CT scan suggestive of high-density shadows. Choose a reasonable surgical approach, the use of microsurgery technology, pay attention to protect the blood supply to the artery and brain tissue, careful separation and removal of the key to the success of the operation.
