前列腺癌是男性泌尿生殖道最常见的肿瘤,多转移至骨骼,如盆骨、肋骨和脊柱,而转移至眼眶者罕见,至今文献报告约20例。本文报告一例转移至眼眶而用放疗完全消失的病例。患者男性,78岁。4年前患前列腺癌并有腰椎转移,经放疗症状缓解,此后未作其它治疗。近6周来,左眼视力丧失及睁眼困难、眼睑下垂、瞳孔扩大固定、眼球突出、眼球运动严重受限,但眼压正常。左颞窝轻度丰满。X线显示左侧蝶骨 Prostate cancer is the most common tumor of the male genitourinary tract, and more metastasis to the bones, such as pelvis, ribs and spine, and rare metastasis to the orbit, so far reported about 20 cases of literature.
