幼儿教育是人多、面广、量大的工程,我们引导的对象是儿童,更应该从儿童本位出发,顺应儿童的发展去观察、理解、接纳、支持、引导,甚至要学习儿童的真心、童心、初心,把游戏还给孩子,或者说把孩子还给真实的世界。儿童本位有着丰富的内涵,但其特质与核心是如何看待儿童和对待儿童。而自由与规则的关系,有人曾经有过这样的描述:行星说,自由就是在各自的轨道上运行;火车说,自由就是在铁轨上来回奔跑;汽车司机说,自由就是牢记交通规则,握好方向盘。
Child care education is a project with many people, a wide range and a large quantity. The target we guide is children. Instead, we should proceed from children’s standard and follow the development of children to observe, understand, accept, support, guide and even learn the true, Childlike innocence, first heart, the game back to children, or to return the child to the real world.
