大红山铜矿一选厂浮选设备沿用多年,设备技术性能下降,设备效率降低,能耗及维护成本较高,浮选能力不足。针对此情况,结合国内外大型浮选机发展现状及现场生产条件,通过对设备配置情况、浮选能力、能耗指标、技术性能等方面进行研究,提出优化方案。研究结果显示,采用KYF-40浮选机对浮选流程进行优化重组,有利于浮选指标稳定及选矿能耗指标降低。
Dahongshan Copper Mine a flotation plant selected plant for many years, the decline in technical performance equipment, equipment, lower efficiency, higher energy consumption and maintenance costs, lack of flotation capacity. In view of this situation, combined with the development of large-scale flotation machine at home and abroad and on-site production conditions, through the research on equipment configuration, flotation capacity, energy consumption indicators, technical performance and other aspects, put forward the optimization program. The results show that the use of KYF-40 flotation flotation process optimization and reorganization, is conducive to the stability of the flotation indicator and beneficiation indicators reduce energy consumption.
