随着橡胶工业供需矛盾的日渐突出,轮胎翻新行业成为橡胶工业可持续发展的一条重要渠道,轮胎翻新不仅节省了大量橡胶资源,还减少了轮胎生产过程中的排放。本文以华北地区某轮胎翻新企业为对象进行调查研究,对其近几年生产加工翻新轮胎的生产过程、能耗品种、能耗现状、排放量等进行了分析计算,并就该企业的产量、设备负荷运行情况等,所引起的能源消费和排放关系进行了详细的解析。
With the contradiction between supply and demand of rubber industry becoming increasingly prominent, the tire retreading industry has become an important channel for the sustainable development of the rubber industry. The retreading of tires not only saves a lot of rubber resources, but also reduces emissions during tire production. In this paper, a tire refurbishment enterprises in North China as an object for investigation and study of its production and processing of retreaded tires in recent years, the production process, energy consumption, energy consumption status and emissions were analyzed and calculated, and the output of the enterprise, Equipment load operation, caused by the relationship between energy consumption and emissions were analyzed in detail.
