我院地处江苏省南京市东郊。过去我院医疗和抢救用血主要靠南京市血站供应。近年来用血量逐年增加,而城市个体献血人员越来越少,供血日益紧张。自1984年起,我们下决心在农村发动和组织一支献血员队伍,经过几年来的努力,队伍逐渐壮大,不仅满足了我院用血的需要,而且从1985～1988年间共为南京市血站提供献血者29991人次,共抽血1200万毫升。1988年提供的血量约占南京市血站总供血量的1/4还多,缓和了该市治疗和抢救用血的需要。下面就谈谈我们的体会。
Our hospital is located in the eastern suburbs of Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. In the past, medical and rescue blood in our hospital was mainly supplied by the Nanjing Blood Station. In recent years, the amount of blood used has increased year by year, while the number of individual blood donors in cities has become less and less, and blood supply has become increasingly tense. Since 1984, we have decided to launch and organize a team of blood donors in rural areas. After years of efforts, the team has grown and not only met the needs of blood in our hospital, but also from the blood of Nanjing City from 1985 to 1988. The station provided 29,991 blood donors and collected a total of 12 million milliliters of blood. The amount of blood provided in 1988 accounted for more than one quarter of the total blood supply in the blood stations in Nanjing, which eased the need for treatment and rescue blood in the city.
