目的建立一种同时测定葛根姜黄胶原蛋白片中葛根素、芍药苷和姜黄素的反相高效液相色谱法。方法样品经50%乙醇超声提取,经SUPELCO-C18柱分离,流动相为甲醇-水,采用梯度洗脱,在0~25 min之间波长为230 nm,在25.01~39 min之间波长为430 nm条件下检测。结果葛根素、芍药苷和姜黄素在上述色谱条件下能完全分离。葛根素、芍药苷和姜黄素的线性范围为0.01~0.1 mg/m L;平均回收率96.3~103.3%,RSD<2.0%。结论该方法操作简便,精密度和回收率高,重复性好,可同时测定葛根姜黄胶原蛋白片中葛根素、芍药苷和姜黄素。
OBJECTIVE To establish a RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of puerarin, paeoniflorin and curcumin in Pueraria turmeric collagen tablets. Methods The sample was extracted with 50% ethanol and separated by SUPELCO-C18 column. The mobile phase was methanol-water. The gradient elution was carried out with a wavelength of 230 nm at 0-25 min and a wavelength of 430 at 25.01-39 min nm conditions. Results Puerarin, paeoniflorin and curcumin were completely separated under the above chromatographic conditions. The linear range of puerarin, paeoniflorin and curcumin was 0.01 ~ 0.1 mg / m L, and the average recovery was 96.3% ~ 103.3% with RSD <2.0%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and high recovery rate, good repeatability, simultaneous determination of puerarin, paeoniflorin and curcumin in Pueraria turmeric collagen tablets.
