由北京长城新技术研究所发出的“碴土桩加固地基新技术”,是利用房碴土(系指土、碎砖瓦、砂、石、工业废料等到混合物)来加固地基.经处理后的复合地基允许承载力为原天然地基的5~9倍,一般可达300~500kN/m~2,既节省了钢材、水泥,又消化了建筑垃圾.它是地基处理和环保工程相结合的最佳方案, 主要特点是:(1)应用范围广,可处理杂填土、软弱土、液化土、湿陷性黄土及酸碱腐蚀土层.对一些特殊人防工事、硬夹层等地基也可特殊处理.(2)造价低,其造价为桩基的1/2~2/3,为大开挖深基或板基的1/3左右.(3)劳动强度低、工效高,与大挖大填相比,缩短一半工期,可在雨冬季施工.(4)振动,噪音和公害较小.
