在人际交往中的冲突性话语是一种不礼貌的社交现象,存在重要的语用理据。基于访谈辩论节目等语料分析,本文从面子威胁程度界定冲突的本质,并将其划分为两类:缓和性冲突与加剧性冲突,后者包括正面性冲突加剧和负面性冲突加剧;然后重点探讨动态交际过程中会话的冲突管理与说话人的身份属性显现或构建,以期弥补传统礼貌理论研究的缺陷,揭示复杂的人际交往过程。
Conflicting discourse in interpersonal communication is an impolite social phenomenon, there is an important pragmatic motivation. Based on the corpus analysis of interview and debate programs, this paper defines the nature of conflicts from the perspective of face threat and divides them into two categories: mitigation conflicts and aggravation conflicts, which include the aggravating of positive conflicts and the aggravation of negative conflicts; In the process of dynamic communication, the conflict management of the conversation and the identity attribute of the speaker appear or build in order to make up for the shortcomings of the traditional research on the theory of politeness and to reveal the complex process of interpersonal communication.
