“保畅通、保时限、保质量、保安全,提高网路运行效率与效益”(四保两提高)竞赛活动是一项长期的系统性工作。福建省邮政运输局在日常工作中始终把服务水平、传递时限和运输质量放在首要位置,并借助“四保两提高”活动的推动力,通过发挥通信调度、业务视察和质量监督检查体系的主导作用,稳步提高通信质量,为全省邮政经营提供强有力的支撑保障。
