学习困难学生(学困生)共同特点是不能很好地掌握应学的知识,表现形式多种多样,且形成原因也错综复杂。学校针对不同层面的学困生提出了好多操作可行有效的转化策略,但这些策略要用心实施,真正起到帮扶、引导、甚至转化的作用,真正把素质教育落到实处,关键的一点在于实施者——教师。因此,要做好新时期学困生的转化工作,一线的教育工作者需修身垂范,提高自身素养。1、勇于承担,良心做教育,大爱做小事
