本文将碳纤维/树酯复合材料当做正交异性材料,采用小挠度理论,考虑到非对称多层结构的拉弯耦合效应,耒讨论碳纤维/树酯复合叠层圆柱壳在外压下的稳定性。着重分析了碳纤维/树酯复合正交叠层圆柱壳的层次、层数及环向厚度比值对其外压临界值的影响。并用碳纤维/树酯复合材料三层正交叠层圆柱壳均匀外压试验做了验证。
In this paper, the carbon fiber / resin composites as orthotropic materials, using small deflection theory, taking into account the asymmetric multi-layer structure of the bending-bending coupling effect, 耒 discuss the carbon fiber / resin composite laminated cylindrical shell under external pressure stability. The influence of the ratio of layers, number of layers and circumferential thickness on the critical value of external pressure of carbon fiber / resin composite orthogonal cylindrical shell is analyzed. The carbon fiber / resin composite was tested by the uniform external pressure test of three-layer laminated cylindrical shell.
