项目范围管理不善是人力资源管理信息化(e-HR)项目普遍存在的突出问题,从项目案例入手,剖析了项目范围管理不善的基本原因,提出了e-HR项目范围界定应遵循的流程,并对项目范围变更提供了控制的方法与工具。
The poor project scope management is a common problem in human resource management informationization (e-HR) project. Starting with the project case, the paper analyzes the basic reasons for the poor project management and proposes the process of e-HR project scope definition. It also provides methods and tools for controlling the scope of the project.
