本文报导一例有ACTH、生长激素、催乳素缺乏的僵人综合征。42岁女性,以往健康。1979年妊娠期间开始发作严重的头痛,随后出现疼痛性腿痉挛达数月之久。产后(无产后大出血),先出现两腿,继之影响右臂的进行性强直,以晨起较重,随活动增加而改善,睡眠时放松,伴有间发性两腿严重痉挛并波及到髋、背及手臂。可由突如其来的噪音、运动刺激、情绪紧张等促发,每次历时10～30分钟。T_4、T_3树脂摄入,游离T_4指数均在正常偏低组。用氯苯氨丁酸治疗可获暂时改善。82年强直、痉挛
