大力发展学前教育是推动教育事业科学发展的重要任务,是建设社会主义和谐社会的重大民生工程。然而,我国城乡二元经济结构所带来的城乡幼儿园师资配备差异明显,区域间师资配备也不均衡,这严重影响了学前教育的发展与教育公平的实现。本研究选取一国家级贫困市作为研究对象,从班级规模、师幼比、专业师资三个方面调查其幼儿园师资配备情况,分析存在的问题,探讨师资配备不均衡的社会、政府、幼儿园方面的影响因素,并提出了优化幼儿园师资配备的建议。
To develop pre-school education vigorously is an important task in promoting the scientific development of education and a major livelihood project for building a harmonious socialist society. However, the dual-economy structure of urban and rural areas in our country bring about obvious differences in the distribution of teachers and staff in urban and rural kindergartens and the imbalance of teachers in different regions, which seriously affects the development of pre-school education and the realization of education fairness. In this study, we selected a national poverty city as the research object, investigated its kindergarten teachers’ resources allocation from the aspects of class scale, teacher-child ratio and professional teachers, analyzed the existing problems, and discussed the unbalanced teachers, teachers and kindergartens Influencing factors, and put forward suggestions to optimize kindergarten teachers’ equipping.
