在职业教育中推行现代学徒制人才培养模式,办学主体将由实际一元向真正多元转化。多元办学主体亦构成职业教育的利益共同体,尽管相关各主体的利益诉求不尽相同,但共赢与平衡是有效实施现代学徒制的基础与关键。
In the vocational education to promote modern apprenticeship personnel training mode, the main school running from the actual one yuan to the real diversification. Pluralistic schools also constitute the community of interests in vocational education. Although the interest demands of all the related parties are different, win-win and balance are the basis and key to the effective implementation of modern apprenticeships.
