挑流消能是目前泄流消能的一种重要方式,其挑坎下游消能工的布置和选型,对消能效果和消能率有非常重要的影响,同时也关系到工程整体的安全。通过一个实际工程,对溢洪道下游挑坎后的消能工布置进行优化,通过对原设计方案、水垫塘方案、挑坎下移方案对下游流态、流场、冲坑进行比较试验,从而对消能效果、坝脚和岸边流速及下游河道抗冲能力进行评价。研究表明,原方案中存在消能效率低、坝脚和岸边流速过大的问题,水垫塘方案解决了坝脚回流和对岸冲刷问题,但仍然存在水舌冲刷本岸边坡的问题,而在挑坎下移方案中这些问题均得到了较好的解决,因此推荐为本工程的最终泄洪消能布置方案。其成果对挑流消能下游消能工型式的选择和布置具有一定的借鉴作用。

However, all of these problems have been solved well in the downward plan of the pick-up-taker. Therefore, it is recommended that this project be the final flood-discharge energy-saving layout plan. The results have a certain reference for the selection and arrangement of energy dissipation type downstream energy dissipators.
