目的 探讨兔中暑时血浆内毒素(LPS)浓度与血液学指标的变化及其特点。方法 在干球温度42℃、湿球温度35℃、相对湿度60% 条件下,测定了24 只热暴露兔随机分为肛温维持43℃组和肛温持续上升组。分别测定其白细胞、红细胞、血小板以及血浆内毒素(LPS)浓度。结果 ①肛温维持组与持续上升组血浆LPS浓度分别由实验前的0.139、0.131ng/m l升至0.285、0.249ng/m l(P< 0.05);②两组动物休克频死时,白细胞总数,淋巴细胞和中间细胞百分率与绝对值等指标与实验前相比,均有明显差异(P< 0.05)。其变化规律:淋巴细胞百分率呈上升趋势,其余指标均为下降;③两组动物在Tr 43℃和死前,红细胞总数、全血血红蛋白浓度和红细胞压积三项指标均呈进行性升高,但与实验前相比,仅在死亡前差异有显著性(P< 0.05);④肛温维持组动物实验前与死亡前血小板计数分别为:(363.25±110.76)×109/L和(221.75±89.93)×109 /L,肛温持续上升组则分别为(348.67±71.60)×109/L和(197.33±67.24)×109/L。结论 中暑可使动物血浆LPS浓度升高并对其血细胞产生
Objective To investigate the changes and characteristics of plasma endotoxin (LPS) concentration and hematological indexes during stroke in suckling rabbits. Methods Twenty-four rabbits with heat exposure were randomly divided into rectal temperature maintained at 43 ℃ and sustained rectal temperature increased at dry bulb temperature of 42 ℃, wet bulb temperature of 35 ℃ and relative humidity of 60%. Their white blood cells, erythrocytes, platelets and plasma endotoxin (LPS) concentrations were measured. Results ① The plasma LPS concentrations increased from 0.139 and 0.311 ng / ml before rectal temperature maintenance to 0.285 and 0.249 ng / ml respectively (P <0.05) Compared with the pre-experiment, the indexes of white blood cell count, lymphocyte and intermediate cell percentage and absolute value were significantly different (P <0.05). The changes of lymphocytes: the percentage of lymphocytes increased and the other indexes decreased; ③The three indexes of red blood cell count, whole blood hemoglobin concentration and hematocrit of two groups of animals increased progressively before Tr 43 ℃ and died, (P <0.05). (4) The rectal temperature and the platelet count before death in the rectal maintenance group were (363.25 ± 110.76) × 109 / L and (221.75 ± 89.93) × 109 / L respectively, and the rectal temperature was (348.67 ± 71.60) × 109 / L and (197.33 ± 67.24) × 109 / L. Conclusion Heat stroke can increase the concentration of LPS in plasma and produce blood cells
