话题背景在做绩效考核方案时,一般情况下我们一定会把分数分为几个等级(ABCDE),然后给每个等级标上人数限制和与薪资挂钩,从而人为地控制了绩效考核的正态分布,做到了有奖有罚,使得从表面上看绩效考核的分数分布是合理的,运行是正常的。
