一、问题的提出目前,对于大曲率非整圆样板的测量与数据处理仍是一个较棘手的问题。为此,本文导出了一个数学模型,可使非整圆样板放在工具显微镜工作台的任意位置上不必找中心,用直角坐标测出样板上各点的x_i、y_i值后,用该数学模型计算即可得到非整圆样板的圆心位置a、b、半径R和圆度误差f。我们还对该数学模型编制了一个微机源程序,计算非常方便。
