目的:研究微粉硅胶研磨改性对白芷提取物性质的影响。方法:采用3%、5%、7%三种微粉硅胶改性剂量对白芷提取物粉体研磨改性,研究改性对提取物微孔体积与结构、吸水性及体外溶出的影响。结果:研磨改性后,粉体的微孔体积增大10倍以上,吸水速率常数增大3倍以上,吸水滞后时间缩短,吸水性增强;体外溶出的T_(50)明显缩短,T_d变化较为复杂,与微粉硅胶用量及指标成分的极性相关。结论:研磨改性明显改变了白芷提取物的微粉结构,增强吸水性,加快溶出,初步证实了微粉硅胶对黏性提取物速崩速释效应的存在。
Objective: To study the effect of grinding modification of silica gel on the properties of Angelica dahurica extract. Methods: The powder of Angelica dahurica extract was modified by 3%, 5%, 7% modified silica powder to study the effect of modification on the micropore volume and structure, water absorption and dissolution in vitro. Results: After the grinding modification, the pore volume of the powder increased more than 10 times, the water absorption rate constant increased more than 3 times, the water absorption lag time shortened and the water absorption increased. The T_ (50) Complex, and the amount of silica powder and the polarity of the indicator component. CONCLUSION: The grinding modification obviously changed the structure of the powder of Angelica dahurica extract, enhanced the water absorption and accelerated the dissolution, and initially confirmed the existence of the quick release effect of the viscous extract.
