目的:制定蒙药材银露梅的性状及显微鉴别依据。方法:主要采用性状及显微鉴别的方法,对银露梅茎和叶的性状、组织构造、表面特征及药材粉末等进行鉴别。结果:银露梅茎具有木栓层中夹有主由纤维组成、并伴有石细胞的厚壁组织环带以及大型的细胞层;木质部导管与纤维的伴存;叶表皮细胞垂周壁连珠状增厚,不定式气孔,具细小草酸钙簇晶;叶横切面异面型等特征。结论:以上特征可为银露梅的真伪鉴别及质量标准的制定提供可靠的依据。
Objective: To develop the properties of Mongolian medicinal material Silver Luomei and the basis of microscopic identification. Methods: The traits and microscopic identification methods were used to identify the stem, leaf traits, tissue structure, surface features and medicinal powder. Results: The stems of P. lucidum had the main clumps of fibrils in the cork stratum, with the thick walled tissue rings of stone cells and the large cytoplasm; the xylem vessels and the fibers were concomitant; Thickening, infinitesimal stomatal, with small clusters of calcium oxalate; leaf cross-section heterogeneous features. Conclusion: The above characteristics may provide a reliable basis for the authenticity identification of Yinlu plum and the establishment of quality standards.
