组织设计是对企业的组织结构以及运行方式进行的设计。在过去的几十年中,随着人们对组织问题研究越来越深入,有关组织设计的理论和实践也受到了越来越多的关注。组织设计通常包含组织结构的设计以及保证组织结构正常运行的管理制度和方法的设计两方面内容。其中组织结构的设计必须考虑组织的复杂性、规范度和集权度,而管理制度和方法更是围绕着组织结构展开的。
Organizational design is the design of the organizational structure and operating mode of an enterprise. In the past few decades, as people’s research on organizational issues has become more and more in-depth, more and more attention has been paid to the theory and practice of organizational design. Organizational design usually contains two aspects: the design of the organizational structure and the design of the management system and method to ensure the normal operation of the organizational structure. The design of the organizational structure must take into account the complexity of the organization, standardization and concentration, and management systems and methods are more organized around the organization.
