《农业科技通讯》于1978年第9期发表“金山火蒜高产栽培技术”一文后,我们收到不少读者的信件。有的要求引种,有的要求介绍贮藏技术。由于外贸的需要,我地扩大了金山火蒜的种植面积,蒜种供不应求,暂时满足不了大家引种的要求。今后读者可直接与广东省开平县水口公社寺前蒜厂联系引种事宜。这里仅就金山火蒜的贮藏技术向大家作一介绍,供参考。一、蒜仓的构造:一般高5—6米,宽3.5—4米,长10米。蒜仓前后当中各开一门,用于蒜头的进出。中间留一1米宽的走道,贯通前后两门,以便操作。走道两厢则为蒜棚,分两层,以竹篱搭成,各高约1.2
