瘢痕疙瘩形成是一个复杂的生物学过程,指在皮肤创伤后局部结缔组织过度增生且超出原有损害范围。该病发病机制不清,可能与常染色体显性遗传及免疫细胞、成纤维细胞及细胞外基质、生长因子等因素相关。治疗方法较多,但单一疗法的疗效均不理想,主张多种方法联合治疗。目前研究认为,瘢痕疙瘩术后联合放射治疗是一种较好的治疗方式,但对于手术后何时放射治疗、放射治疗总剂量及分次剂量选择仍无统一标准,其治疗亦存在个体差异,尚需进一步研究。“,”The formation of keloid is a complex biological process ,which refers to the excessive prolifera-tion of connective tissue beyond the original damage scope after skin trauma.Its mechanism is not clear, which may be associated with autosomal dominant inheritance,immune cells,fibrocyte,extracelluiar matrix and growth factors.There are numerous treatments,but outcome of monotherapy is dissatisfying,and combined therapies are advocated.Current studies find that postoperative auxiliary radiotherapy is a good treatment,but there is no unified standard for selection of timing,total dosage and dosage per time,and there is individual difference in the treatment as well,which all need further studies.
