一、综述感应同步器是一种应用电磁感应原理的测量装置,分为装在机床固定部件上的定尺和装在移动部件上的滑尺。定尺和滑尺通常采用和机床线膨胀系数相近的钢板,在上面用绝缘粘接剂贴上铜箔,用照相腐蚀的方法,将模版线圈绕组刻到铜箔上。定尺线圈呈连续的“S”状;滑尺呈“Π”形状,且AB两绕组相错1/4节距(见图1)。过去感应同步器模版是在长刻线机上或在坐标镗床上用刀刻在涂蜡的镀铬玻璃基板上,效率低、精度亦不够理想。
First, an overview Induction Synchronizer is a measurement device using the principle of electromagnetic induction, is divided into fixed-length fixed on the machine tool and slide mounted on the moving parts. Sizing and sliders are usually made of steel plate with a linear expansion coefficient similar to that of the machine tool. Copper foil is attached with an insulating adhesive on the copper foil and the coil of the stencil coil is engraved on the copper foil by photographic etching. The length-measuring coil is continuous “S”; the slider is “Π” shape, and the two windings of AB are offset by 1/4 pitch (see Fig. 1). In the past, the induction synchronizer template was engraved on a wax-coated chrome-plated glass substrate on a longliner or on a coordinate boring machine, which was inefficient and not very accurate.
