为加强电镀业职业危害防治,1988年常熟市对主要村办49家电镀企业1239名工人进行了职业危害调查,并对使用多稀土低铬电镀工艺7家企业168人的健康状况进行了前瞻性动态观察研究,探讨其职业危害控制的有效程度。结果报告如下: 一、概况: 49家企业除两家半自动化操作外,其他均为手工作业,大多数厂的车间矮小,通风及卫生条件不理想,其工艺流程均与一般的电镀业工序基本相同。防护方面有1/5用槽边吸风,设备易损效果差;3/5用F_(53)抑雾利,但在用量、时间方法上存在一定问题。工人操作
