近年来,随着中学教育内外部环境的变化,中学生弱势群体日益凸显,所引发的问题明显增多。对于这些正处在身心成长关键时期的青少年群体,学校教育是其转化的关键环节。因此,必须采取体现时代性、符合规律性、富于创造性的对策与途径,才能使其由弱转强,从而和其他孩子一样,在和谐校园同一片天地里健康成长。
In recent years, with the changes of the internal and external environment in secondary education, the disadvantaged groups of middle school students have become increasingly prominent. The problems caused have obviously increased. For these young people who are in a critical period of physical and mental growth, school education is a key link in their transformation. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt measures and approaches that embody the characteristics of the times, which are in line with regularity and creativity. Only in this way can we make the transition from weakness to strength and grow healthily in the same place of a harmonious campus as other children.
