我厂每年有几万件轴类零件,调质后需车去0.5~1mm表皮。传统的三爪自定心卡盘装夹效率低使用该顶尖后,装卸工件均不用停车,该顶尖结构如图所示。用卡盘的三爪夹住顶尖体4外缘,把工件一端中心孔靠在该顶尖6上,用尾座顶尖顶工件另一端中心孔,使该顶尖6回缩,当工件端面与拨爪8接触时,压紧后动力由拨爪8传给工件,即可车削。车毕,松尾座顶尖,在弹簧3作用下工件脱离拨爪8,继续松尾座
