目的:研究左金丸及其类方对胃寒证大鼠及相关炎性细胞因子的影响。方法:通过ig 4℃冷水及0.3 mol.L-1冷NaOH建立大鼠胃寒证模型,考察左金丸及其类方对胃寒证大鼠胃黏膜损伤的作用及血清中相关细胞因子的作用。结果:左金丸及其类方可不同程度改善胃寒证大鼠胃黏膜损伤;同时降低胃寒证大鼠血清中白细胞介素8(IL-8)、白细胞介素2(IL-2)、干扰素α(INF-α)、血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮前列腺素1α(6-keto-PGF1α)水平,其中以反左金改善效果最好。结论:左金丸及其类方对胃寒证大鼠及相关细胞因子的作用与其方剂的寒热程度具有一定的相关性。
Objective: To study the effect of Zuojin Pills and its related prescriptions on gastric cold syndrome rats and related inflammatory cytokines. Methods: The gastric cold syndrome model was established by ig 4 ℃ cold water and 0.3 mol·L-1 cold NaOH to investigate the effects of Zuojin Pills and its prescriptions on gastric mucosal lesion in rats with gastric cold syndrome and the effect of serum related cytokines . Results: Zuo Jin Wan and its related prescriptions could improve the gastric mucosal injury of rats with stomach cold syndrome to a certain extent, and at the same time reduce the levels of interleukin 8 (IL-8), interleukin 2 (IL-2) Interferon α (INF-α), TXB2, 6-keto-PGF1α, of which the anti-Zuo Jin improved the best. Conclusion: The effect of Zuo Jin Wan and its related prescriptions on the rats with gastric cold syndrome and related cytokines has a certain correlation with the degree of cold and heat of prescriptions.
