桥式、门式起重机是工交、物资企业广为使用的特种设备。设计、制造及使用中的种种原因均会使起重机主梁产生下挠变形,其危害表现在:大车啃轨、小车爬坡和溜车,起重吨位下降,甚至发生事故,危及安全。 由原南昌市工业交通设计研究院傅敏华等发明的“预应力张拉器”是改造桥式、门式起重机主梁,恢复主梁上拱,提高设备起重量的新技术。该技术通过安装在主梁上的预应力张拉器系统产生均匀同步的张拉力克服主梁下挠,其技术特点是:
