应用HPLC和紫外分光光度计测定了26份不同产地的枳椇子Hovenia acerba中二氢杨梅素和总黄酮的含量,并进一步探讨了枳椇子品质指标二氢杨梅素和总黄酮与产地、外观性状的相关性。结果表明,不同来源的枳椇子品质差异较大,二氢杨梅素质量分数为0.41~9.81 mg·g-1;总黄酮质量分数为5.52~21.98 mg·g-1。聚类分析表明,枳椇子品质与局部产区来源有相关性,鄂北皖南的江汉平原地区枳椇子质量相对稳定,区域内枳椇子样品质量较优。相关性分析表明,千粒重和红黑籽粒的比例与二氢杨梅素的含量极显著正相关;而总黄酮含量与千粒重以及红黑籽粒比例无相关关系,千粒重和红黑籽粒的比例可做为初步判定枳椇子品质优劣的指标。另外,二氢杨梅素含量与总黄酮含量无相关关系,考察枳椇子品质时应兼顾两者。
