目的 评价是超声乳化对角膜内皮的损伤、方法48例(52眼)白内障超声乳化病人在术前及术后1月在非接触式角膜内皮镜下进行计数检查.结果 浅前房下超声对角膜内皮损伤最重(损失率37.6%),前房内超声次之(25%),在稳定的前方下行囊袋内超声对角膜内皮损伤最轻(14.9%)结论 超声乳化对角膜内皮的损伤除与能量的大小及进行超声的时间有关外,还与进行超声的位置及前房稳定性有相当大的关系.
Objective To evaluate the damage of corneal endothelium by phacoemulsification.Methods 48 cases (52 eyes) of cataract phacoemulsification patients underwent non-contact corneal endoscopic examination before and after operation January, Endothelial damage was the heaviest (loss rate 37.6%), followed by ultrasound in the anterior chamber (25%). The corneal endothelium injury was the lightest (14.9%) in the anterior and posterior capsule. Conclusion The damage of corneal endothelium by phacoemulsification With the size of the energy and the time of ultrasound related, but also with the location of ultrasound and stability of the anterior chamber has a considerable relationship.
