以市售甘草酸二铵胶囊为参比制剂,考察了自制甘草酸二铵泡腾颗粒在兔体内的相对生物利用度。6只家兔自身交叉对照,分别单剂量灌胃给予甘草酸二铵泡腾颗粒或市售胶囊各150 mg,以氯霉素为内标,采用高效液相色谱法测定兔血浆中的甘草酸二铵。结果 tmax均为2.0 h,cmax为13.6和9.2 g/ml,AUC0→t为103.8和68.4 g.h.ml-1,AUC0→∞为115.8和77.9 g.h.ml-1。数据经t检验分析,结果显示二制剂tmax无显著性差异;cmax、AUC0→t和AUC0→∞均有显著性差异。泡腾颗粒相对生物利用度为153.7%。
The relative bioavailability of self-made diammonium glycyrrhizinate granules in rabbits was investigated with the commercially available diammonium glycyrrhizinate capsules as reference preparation. 6 rabbits cross-control their own, respectively, single-dose intragastric administration of diammonium glycyrrhizinate effervescent granules or 150 mg of commercially available capsules to chloramphenicol as an internal standard, high performance liquid chromatography for the determination of glycyrrhizin in rabbit plasma Diammonium.
