提出利用非圆齿轮传动提高游梁式抽油机效率。按照抽油机特殊运动规律,将常规游梁式抽油机减速箱设计成非圆齿轮啮合副,以形成新型节能抽油机。以兰石CYJ10-4·2-53HB型游梁式抽油机为例,通过分析,并利用Matlab软件对游梁式抽油机采用非圆齿轮传动减速箱和采用常规齿轮传动减速箱时的运动和动力性能进行了仿真对比。计算表明,采用非圆齿轮传动游梁式抽油机可比同型号常规游梁式抽油机节能14%。
The non-circular gear drive is proposed to improve the efficiency of the beam pumping unit. According to the special movement law of the pumping unit, the conventional beam pumping unit gear box is designed as a non-circular gear meshing pair to form a new energy-saving pumping unit.
