本文采用示波极谱法间接测定饮用水中硫酸盐含量。测定原理是基于铬酸钡能被硫酸根定量地置换出铬酸根,而铬酸根在NH_4OH-KCl电解质中有一良好的还原波,借此间接测定水中硫酸盐含量。其峰电位为-0.38伏(VS·SCE),测定硫酸根浓度线性范围为0.1mg/ml~5mg/ml。最低检出浓度为0.01mg/ml。
In this paper, indirect determination of sulfate in drinking water by oscillopolarographic method. The determination principle is based on that barium chromate can be quantitatively displaced by sulfate to give chromate, while chromate has a good reduction wave in NH_4OH-KCl electrolyte, thereby indirectly measuring the sulfate content in water. The peak potential was -0.38 V (VS · SCE). The linear range of sulfate concentration was 0.1 mg / ml ~ 5 mg / ml. The lowest detected concentration of 0.01mg / ml.
