以1,1,3,3-四甲基-1,3-二乙烯基二硅氧烷为起始原料,分别与1-丙硫醇、硫代乙醇酸、巯基丙酸、巯基丙酸甲酯进行巯-烯“点击”反应,制备了4种含硫官能基二硅氧烷:1,1,3,3-四甲基-1,3-双(2-(丙硫基)乙基)二硅氧烷、3,3’-(1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷-1,3-二乙基硫醚基)双乙酸、3,3’-(1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷-1,3-二乙基硫醚基)双丙酸、3,3’-(1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷-1,3-二乙基硫醚基)双丙酸甲酯。采用IR、NMR、GC-MS等方法对产物结构进行了表征。研究结果发现,合成的化合物在紫外-蓝光区有着强而窄的荧光发射,使得它们在光学器件方面有潜在的应用价值。
1,1,1,3,3-tetramethyl-1,3-divinyldisiloxane as the starting material, respectively, with 1-propanethiol, thioglycolic acid, mercaptopropionic acid, mercaptopropionic acid methyl Ester was subjected to thio-ene “click” reactions to prepare four sulfur-containing functional disiloxanes: 1,1,3,3-tetramethyl-1,3-bis (2- (propylthio) Ethyl) disiloxane, 3,3 ’- (1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane-1,3-diethyl sulfide) diacetic acid, 3,3’ - 1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane-1,3-diethylthio) dipropionic acid, 3,3 ’- (1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisilyl Oxane-1,3-diethylthio) dipropionate. The structure of the product was characterized by IR, NMR and GC-MS. The results show that the synthesized compounds have strong and narrow fluorescence emission in the UV - blue region, which makes them potential applications in optics.
