采用100目橡胶粉和3 mm~4 mm粒径的橡胶颗粒等质量替代7.5%~15%的砂子,研究了废橡胶颗粒细度、掺量及成型工艺对橡胶混凝土抗冻性能的影响。结果表明,掺橡胶粉/颗粒降低了混凝土降低了混凝土容重和混凝土的力学性能;掺橡胶粉混凝土抗冻性能优于掺橡胶颗粒的混凝土;随着橡胶颗粒掺量的增加,混凝土抗冻融循环次数降低;成型压力对掺橡胶粉和掺橡胶颗粒的混凝土抗冻性能的影响规律存在明显差异;掺橡胶粉/颗粒的混凝土冻融破坏后,试件未发生溃散现象。
The quality of rubber concrete with 100 mesh rubber powder and 3 mm ~ 4 mm particle size was used instead of 7.5% ~ 15% sand to study the influence of the fineness and content of waste rubber particles and the forming process on the frost resistance of rubber concrete.
