目的:建立饮用水中铀及其同位素比值的分析方法,了解广州市饮用水中铀的含量水平和同位素比值情况。方法:水样经酸化后直接用ICP-MS进行分析。结果:总铀的测定的精密度优于1.4%、检出限小于0.0005 ng/ml,加标回收率为97.6%~101%;235U/238U同位素比值测定的精密度优于0.7%;广州市饮用水中铀的平均浓度为0.185 ng/ml,235U/238U同位素比值为0.7012%~0.7159%。结论:可采用ICP-MS准确测定广州市饮用水中的铀及其同位素比值,方法简便、快速、准确。
Objective: To establish an analytical method of uranium and its isotope ratio in drinking water, to understand the level of uranium and isotope ratio in drinking water in Guangzhou. Methods: The samples were directly acidified and analyzed by ICP-MS. Results: The determination precision of total uranium was better than 1.4%, the detection limit was less than 0.0005 ng / ml, the recoveries were 97.6% ~ 101%, the precision of 235U / 238U was better than 0.7% The average concentration of uranium in drinking water was 0.185 ng / ml, and the 235U / 238U isotope ratio was 0.7012% -0.7159%. Conclusion: ICP-MS can accurately determine uranium and its isotope ratio in drinking water in Guangzhou. The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
