十堰市公安局档案科只有三位女同志,她们负责保管利用本机关的两万多卷档案,肩负着对所属单位的档案业务指导,每年在基层指导工作都在150天以上。她们认真宣传、贯彻《档案法》,认真执行《公安业务档案管理办法》、《派出所档案管理办法》。由于她们既懂公安业务,又熟悉档案业务,在短短的两年内,使全市有17个公安单位的档案实行了综合管理,150多个基层单位和派出所的档案实行了专人、专柜、专室管理,档案管理达标升级率在60％以上。全市12万多卷公安各类档案得到了应有的保管和利用。仅档案科两年来就建立健全了各项档案
There are only three lesbians in the archives section of the Public Security Bureau of Shiyan City.
