通过确定“定项目、定目标、定责任、定措施、定奖惩”的“五定”工作原则,山东石油建立起了较为完善的成本控制体系,成本管理水平不断提高。为了控制物流成本,山东石油充分发挥油库、地辅、地炼配送点的辐射功能,积极开展合理跨区配送,采取一二次物流结合模式,努力实现物流成本最低、综合费用最省、经营效益最佳的物流成本管理最终目标。
