针对新建海南西环高铁的地理位置和材料特点,本文通过调整配合比,提高含气量,运用酯类减水剂,增稠剂,保水剂,VIVID-500(H)和易型聚羧酸减水剂等手段调整混凝土状态,确定VIVID-500(H)和易型具备的降粘、提高匀质性、防止泌水等性能更适合应用在高流动性,大坍落度,良好和易性的混凝土中,并以此种聚羧酸减水剂为基础,复配出具有减水率高,含气量低,凝结时间长的特定型混凝土外加剂,配制出的混凝土高流动性,不离析,不泌水,抗泵压能力好,完全满足现场泵送施工工艺要求,7d强度可达100%。
