本文分析了目前高校职称评定工作中存在的问题及评定机制方面的不足,提出了规范高校教师职称评定的策略。要重视教学与科研能力;注重教师的实践水平;努力营造良好的职称评定氛围;加强职称评定中的监督力度。
This article analyzes the current problems in the assessment of university job title and the lack of evaluation mechanism, puts forward the norms to standardize the assessment of university teachers. Emphasis should be placed on teaching and research ability; pay attention to the level of teachers’ practice; strive to create a good atmosphere for professional title assessment; and strengthen supervision in the assessment of professional titles.
