传统旋挖钻机在完整中~硬质基岩段以及易塌孔孔段施工难度大、效率低,极易发生孔内事故。以南京电建地产洺悦府桩基础项目为背景,比较了普通旋挖钻机、潜孔锤钻机、长螺旋钻机三种方案的优缺点,充分利用大直径潜孔锤钻具进尺效率高的特点,同时利用粘性土胶结性好的特点,有效解决了塌孔的施工难题,拓宽了其在复杂地层的施工范围,为施工类似地层提供了技术参考。
