用失重法研究了在1.0~8.0 mol/L盐酸溶液中非离子表面活性剂吐温40在冷轧钢表面的吸附及缓蚀作用。研究表明,虽然吐温40对冷轧钢的缓蚀随盐酸浓度和温度的增加有所下降,但吐温40是冷轧钢在1.0 mol/L盐酸溶液中的良好缓蚀剂,且用量较小,最大缓蚀率可达92.47%。通过吸附理论和试验数据得到了吸附热力学参数。结果表明,吐温40在钢表面的吸附符合Langmuir吸附模型,且吸附过程为放热伴随熵减少的自发过程。
The adsorption and corrosion inhibition of nonionic surfactant Tween 40 on the surface of cold rolled steel in 1.0 ~ 8.0 mol / L hydrochloric acid solution were studied by weight loss method. The results showed that Tween 40 is a good corrosion inhibitor for cold-rolled steel in 1.0 mol / L hydrochloric acid solution, although the corrosion inhibition of cold-rolled steel with Tween 40 decreased with the increase of hydrochloric acid concentration and temperature. Small, the maximum corrosion inhibition rate up to 92.47%. Adsorption thermodynamic parameters were obtained by adsorption theory and experimental data. The results show that the adsorption of Tween 40 on the steel surface accords with the Langmuir adsorption model, and the adsorption process is a spontaneous process of exothermic accompanied with the decrease of entropy.
