本文利用固体薄膜的光学性质,对于我们所用的三层膜系,求出介质一,介质二的折射率n_1,n_2,同时求出该膜条的理论反射率R,透射率Τ的公式,也推导了比较阴极的反射率R_1,透射率Τ_1的公式。本文给出入射光在400~950nm波长范围内的R.Τ,A和R_1,Τ_1,A_1数据,并绘成曲线。文中简单地列举了实验中的困难及解决主要困难的方法,工艺仍在摸索中。
In this paper, we use the optical properties of the solid film, for the three-layer film system we used to find the refractive index of medium one, two medium n_1, n_2, at the same time to obtain the film theoretical reflection R, transmittance T formula, The formula for comparing the reflectivity R_1 of the cathode and the transmittance T_1 is deduced. In this paper, the data of R.T, A and R_1, T_1, A_1 of incident light in the wavelength range from 400 to 950 nm are given and plotted. The article simply enumerated the difficulties in the experiment and the methods to solve the main difficulties, the process is still groping.
